Buyer agrees to pay the total sum of $1950 for a medium or standard sized Goldendoodle puppy or $2250 for a mini Goldendoodle puppy from Beyond Bliss Doodles. This price is guaranteed for a period of 9 months from the date of this signing. After 9 months, should our price increase, you will have the option of paying the increase or receiving your deposit back. By submitting this Guarantee and Contract, you agree that you are accepting the policies of Beyond Bliss Doodles. Policies can be viewed viewed here on the Policies page. A $250.00 non-refundable deposit (AKA, a $250.00 non-refundable reservation fee) is required to reserve a puppy. If using PayPal, the non-refundable reservation fee is $258.00. The non-refundable deposit/reservation fee will be applied towards the total price of your puppy. The deposit/reservation fee is refundable if we are unable to supply the buyer with a puppy of their chosen gender and size within 9 months of their application date. The deposit/reservation fee is non- refundable if there is a puppy available and the buyer changes their mind or for any other reason at any other time. We reserve the right to first pick puppy from any litter and to refuse sale of a puppy at any time, if we feel that we cannot meet the buyer’s needs. If the sale is terminated by the breeder, the deposit/reservation fee will be returned.
Spay/Neuter Agreement: This puppy is sold with the agreement that you absolutely agree to have the puppy spayed or neutered before 8 months of age. If the buyer fails to do so, it will result in all warranties and guarantees contained in this Guarantee and Contract being null and void. Breeding this dog without our written permission nullifies this Guarantee and Contract. Failure to comply with this agreement will be considered a breach of contract and the Breeder will assume that the dog is being used for breeding which will result in a $5,000 fine for breeding rights and the voiding of any registration. It is not our wish to contribute to the overpopulation of unwanted animals whether be it accidental or intentional. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that a copy of the spay/neuter certificate is provided to Breeder by the time the puppy is 8 months of age. Should any disputes arise or need to be addressed, they will take place in the County or Town where the Breeder resides. If legal action is taken, Buyer agrees to pay all legal fees encountered by the Breeder, incurred because of enforcement of any part of our contract, including the spay/neuter contract.
2 Year Genetic Health Guarantee: Our puppies come with a two year (24 months of age) genetic health guarantee against the conditions that we genetically test our parents for. Should the puppy develop a condition that our parents are tested for, that is diagnosed and proven to be genetic and not acquired, and is shown by your veterinarian (and our vet confirms at buyer’s expense) to have a parental-tested genetic defect that requires surgery, we will reimburse for cost of surgery up to the purchase price of the puppy. This includes Hip and Elbow Dysplasia, Patellas, Congenital Cardiac, Eyes (PRA-PRCD), DM (Degenerative Myeopathy), Ichthyosis, NE (Neonatal Encephalopathy), VWD (VonWillebrands), GRMD (Golden Retriever Muscular Dystrophy), SAN (Sensory Ataxic Neuropathy), OCD (Osteochondrodysplasia) and GM2 (Gangliosidosis). The Buyer does NOT have to return the puppy to the Breeder. Should the dog be found to have Hip or Elbow Dysplasia before 24 months of age that requires surgery, Buyer must provide Seller with proof in the form of documentation from OFA. Seller reserves the right to confirm results by requiring the dog be examined by our veterinarian at the Buyers expense before a refund is provided. The dog must be spayed/neutered and must not have been used for breeding purposes. All Veterinarian and Surgeon’s notes, test results, and itemized bills must be sent to the Breeder. All warranties and guarantees contained in this agreement shall be null and void if the dog is determined to have suffered injury, neglect, has been overweight, or has been exposed to excessive jumping or exercise. We do not guarantee against acquired conditions. Expenses pertaining to testing, treatment and exams to confirm a diagnosis are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Breeder does not assume any responsibility for injury to the dog or expenses for the puppy once it is in your possession.
The Breeder will have the right to speak to the Buyers licensed Vet and surgeon regarding any and all conditions or illnesses and request copies of such information as the Breeder may deem necessary in order to make a determination, before reimbursing the Buyer for any reason. Breeder has the right to request buyer see two separate vets who are not associated with one another to confirm diagnosis or request the dog be brought to the Breeders vet for a second opinion at the Buyers expense.
Health Guarantee: The puppy must be examined by a licensed vet within 5 days of adoption or our health guarantee is not valid. Puppies will be examined by our vet and receive a health certificate prior to going home and will be up to date on vaccinations and de-worming’s. In compliance with NYS article 35-D Law, the sale of dogs and cats notice, we do not guarantee against parasites of any kind or any common minor illnesses that can be easily treated. We are not responsible for viral or bacterial illnesses contracted once in your possession.
If the puppy should perish from any suspected congenital defect, an autopsy must be performed at the Buyer’s expense, by a state licensed Vet to confirm diagnosis and the results sent to the breeder before reimbursement.
At the time of possession Buyers provided with a certificate for a 30-day free trial of pet insurance with Trupanion. If the Buyer fails to activate the 30-day free trial, all warranties and guarantees contained in this agreement are VOID. Your continued enrollment with Trupanion BEYOND the 30-day free trial IS NOT required for compliance with our health guarantee. We urge our new puppy owners to take advantage of the 30-day free trial offer of pet insurance as it will cover your puppy for those first few weeks in their new home. All veterinary charges or expenses pertaining to testing, medications and treatments for any aforementioned conditions are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. This health guarantee is granted to the original Buyer only and is not transferable to anyone else.
General: Buyer agrees to notify the Breeder of transfer of ownership. Buyer agrees to never surrender this dog to a shelter or rescue or abandon the animal. Breeder agrees to assist the Buyer with re-homing the dog if the Buyer has difficulty doing it themselves. If the Buyer decides not to keep the puppy for any reason and returns the puppy to the Breeder, the Buyer will forfeit any money paid to the Breeder for the puppy and a clear health certificate dated within 48 hours is required to be faxed from the Buyer’s vet to the Breeder stating the dog has no disease or illnesses and is up to date on all vaccinations. Should Buyer choose to return the puppy to the Breeder, the Buyer is responsible for traveling and all expenses related to returning the puppy to the Breeder.
This contract does not cover the following: viral or bacterial illnesses, parasites, infections, improper bites, giardia, coccidiosis or kennel cough, stress related illnesses, seizures, behavioral issues, physical injuries and/or illnesses which may have occurred during transport to the buyer. Breeder does not guarantee adult coat color, coat type or that your dog will be completely non-shedding (they are minimal to non-shedding), or that no one in your household will have allergies to your dog (they are hypo-allergenic) or exact adult size/weight. The buyer promises to keep the dog in good condition, provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, worming and other care necessary to assure the health of the dog.
If Breeder attempts to contact the Buyer using the contact information provided by the Buyer, and receives no reply within 3 days, Breeder will assume Buyer is “uninterested” in the puppy. The deposit will be forfeited, and the puppy will then be made available to other potential buyers. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inform the Breeder if Buyer will be inaccessible for contact. Buyer hereby releases the Breeder and their estate form any liabilities, and/or damages by fault of this dog after the time of sale. Should any disputes arise or need to be addressed they will take place in the County or Town where the Breeder resides. Both Breeder and Buyer agree to refrain from making any disparaging, negative or uncomplimentary statements, comments or postings against the other party, on any publicly accessible media or social media without the other party's informed signed consent.
